Need help on Choosing motherboard for intel CPU and amd VGA

hello guys. i need your help. my friend and I are trying to figure out a good components for these kind of set up. hope you can help. (btw sorry for my english)

CPU: Intel 3570K
VGA: R9280x or R9290x toxic

feel free to post suggestions other than motherboard like RAM, Cooling system and PSU
