I don't know what to choose between the two : Core i7 3770 or Core i5 4670k

I could get both BUT both have side effects :

i5 4670k Advantage : new technology, will be paired with a good MOBO
i5 4670k Disdvantage : my future GPU (R9 280X) will be lowered to either 270x or GTX 760

i7 3770 Advantage : good CPU, lower price ( wont have to buy mobo resulting =>), the future GPU will be a yes and I wont have to buy a mobo
i7 3770 Disadvantage : will be paired with a crappy h61 mobo.

I am completely ripped off, I am gonna use this PC for gaming, recording my gameplay, some programming stuff and the basic (playing mp3, browsing and shits.)

What to choose ?

I will definitely get 4670k as it is just like a 3770k in gaming.
It is also cheaper, but getting 4670k with gtx 760 is not a great option.
I suggest get fx 8350 or fx 8320 with a nice 990fx mobo so you will be easily able to get r9 280x and you won't loose any noticeable performance over 4670k in most of the tasks.
fx 8320 is really cheap and similar to fx 8350 and 4670k. Also get a nice cheap cooler like cm 212evo so you will get fx 8350 like performance with fx 8320 when oc'd a bit.

if you are considering an I7 non-k with a discrete GPU, then get the Xeon E3-1230-V2 (or V3). It's a non-k I7 without built in GPU for $100 less. I currently have an I5-3570k, which easily hits 4.4GHz with barely any more voltage or heat, but I'm going to try the Xeon as a comparison.

The FX appear good value, but remember, not everything can use 8-cores and individually, it's cores are weak, it takes a lot of power and creates a lot of heat. AMD recommends their 4.5GHz version is used with water cooling!
