Asus Z87: Hero VI vs Sabertooth

Solution

If you want the PCH block than obviously the Hero is the way to go. However, one thing to note is that the PCH block blocks one of the PCIE slots (not an issue if you are going to have a single card of course). It works with two cards, but it is a real PITA. So if you are going two or more cards, I highly recommend you get the Extreme as well as the full cover block, because the nozzles don't get in the way the way they do on the Hero.

well the sabertooth is a better AMD motherboard then an intel one... it's really designed for LN2 and extreme overclocking, NOT for casual day to day stuff. The Hero is nice, but unnecessary unless you are an audiophile and need a great on board sound system. You can get similar overclocks with cheaper boards.
