choosing a new processor and graphics card

Hi,
I am confused between buying a i7 4770 3.4 GHz processor and amd fx 8350 3.9 GHz processor.

Please help me out with this problem.
And also suggest a decent graphic card around INR 7000 with it

If this is for a gaming rig then an i5 is all you need. Between those 2 the i7 is better in just about everything compared to the 8350 by a lot.

I see that you pick i7 4770, this means that you won't be OC, right?
Then take E3-1230V3 also into consideration.
E3-1230V3 is a XEON. This baby is about on the same performance to i7 4770or i5 4670k (on stock freq) for gaming but without the iGPU.
It would not hurt to pick it if you do not want to OC and do not want to use the iGPU.
E3-1230V3 has about the same price as i5 4670k..so..a bit cheaper than i7 4770.

Note:
- FX-8350 can be OC'ed but i7 4770 can not. i7 4770k is for OC.
- FX8350 can not beat i7 4770 or i7 4770k in any way. OC'ed FX8350 can not beat OC'ed i7 4770k. FX8350 consumes more juice than i7 4770k. I see no reason to get FX8350 unless you are an AMD fan or if you are short of budget. i7 4770k and i7 4770 are a lot more expensive than FX8350.

The i7 is stronger, but it won't matter because they're both strong enough, so get the cheaper one.

For INR 7000 ($116 USD), you're probably going to want a GTX 750 or R7 260X. Either one is pretty good.

if the price goes up in your country, then you'll probably need to settle for an R7 250X.

Ah..forgot to mention...for gaming..Most games tend to like stronger GPU than stronger processor.
I would even get the FX6300 and spend the money difference to get a stronger GPU.
i7 is strong indeed but do you really need it? That is the question.
or perhaps a simple FX6300 is already enough?

My favorite gaming processor sorted by price:
FX6300, i5 4570, i5 4670k, E3-1230V3, i7 4770k.
You see no FX8350 among them

I7 Will Be Expensive But Is Stronger Than 8350.
I Will Recommend You To Buy FX 8350 And Buy A Stronger GPU With It So It Will Be A Good Choice.
FX 8350 With GTX 770 Or Radeon HD 7780
FX 8350 And GTX 770 Would Be A Nice Couple....
