Purchased my motherboard last July and ever since I have been having issues with it inside the BIOS.

Symptom one - there is no bios boot splash screen, I press del on my keyboard on a black screen to access the BIOS.

When I go into BIOS and select "exit without saving" the BIOS sometimes freezes and I press the power button to turn off the PC.

When I change settings inside the BIOS for example boot order, the BIOS appears to change it but doesn't save and will not boot windows from the first boot option and would simply freeze, until I switch off the PC and turn off the power in the psu, turn on and then the computer boots and works fine.

The PC works just fine without any problems in Windows 7, it's just that the BIOS is broken.

My system spec:
Asrock Fatal1ty H87
i5 4670 non k
MSI gtx 660
Crucial 16GB DDR3 1600MHz Ballistix Tactical Memory
Corsair TX750 psu

Unfortunately this hasn't worked, I have also tried another pair of ram and the same issue. Bios has been updated to the latest version already. The only thing I can think of is to finally rma this board but since the PC works fine otherwise this would be a big hassle for me pulling everything out.

This also has been done and I had a gtx 580 before the 660. As when i did reset the Bios the splash screen did show right after but wouldn't appear again in consecutive boots. Something about the bios is unstable. I've updated the bios 3 times now since I bought this board thinking each update would be a fix. I may rma if I can find a good cheap board to use for now. I just want something stable.
