All the wireless devices on LAN have access to internet, but they can't see each other. When I ping them from command line, they do not respond. These devices appear on NETGEAR's utility connected wireless devices list. I need this to work to be able to use Roku's Android app to control it from Kindle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You've turned on WiFi Client Isolation, Guest Network, or some similar feature. Not sure what Netgear calls it.
