Hi All

I want to make a middling powerful PC which can run easily current games and Help me with blender rendering (I will use it for indie game development too) . Now I came up with this configuration.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3jw6W

This looks good enough. Also things to note is I am going to build it in May or June so prices may vary but money is not a big concern until my budget remains less than $2.5K. So please give your feedback on this part lists also other cost effective solution if available. I will be picking peripherals but that I have already decided what to pic and is taking up a budget of at max 500$.
Also I hear lot of news about Maxwell thing coming from Nvidia but I don't see it coming yet. So any ideas High end Maxwell be around the corner or shall I just buy these stuff in June and be done with it :) .

So in short:
1. Is this build sufficient to work on blender and Unity comfortably.?
2. Shall I wait for Maxwell to come out.?
3. Is there an obvious over over kill in my build which I should just plain avoid ?

And in last thanks for you suggestions in advance :D

too expensive...

you can achieve the same performance with different parts
GTX 780 ti is 3GB version of titan black
