I want to build a dream PC with a high budget, but I need some expert opinion on my components.
I have some knowledge on PC's. but none when it comes to benchmarking.

List:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 45.0 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing

Motherboard: Biostar TA970 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400

HDD: 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: (2-Way Crossfire) 2x MSI Radeon R9 280X 6GB Video Cards

Case: Thermaltake Commander MS-I Epic Edition (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: SeaSonic X Series 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Operating System: None, I already have my own disc.

Total: $1620.87

Would this build be enough to accomplish any Next-gen gaming on ultra settings, I want to be able to run ultra on games like Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Assasins Creed: Black Flag, and TESV: Skyrim.

What CPU will you be using?
Also, I'd go for Intel.

What's your CPU? Intel will have better performance, yes but AMD isn't bad at all.

At the moment you are missing a CPU
And I recommend getting a different psu, raidmax psu aren't generally good

Well he won't need 32gb of ram for gaming only
He still needs a CPU
And a more reliable psu

I wouldn't go with any more than 16gb it just isn't needed
But if you want high level gaming go with 16gb
