hi there i have a foxconn h61mxe-v motherbord it says it supports raid but there is no settings in bios can anyone please help me

can i have a 4790k on the f8 bios update it says supports new haswel chips
Samsung SSD 850 Evo, says AHCI mode deactivated, BIOS selected to RAID.
