I guess 550w would barely do but I recommend a Seasonic 550w 80+ Bronze/Seasonic 600w 80+ Bronze.

Should be enough. The R9 270X (I know you said Non-X, but the X is slightly more demanding so it gives you a good benchmark) requires 24A on the +12V rail and a 500W PSU minimum. The Rhino RX-550PA delivers at least 26A on the +12V1 rail, and 23A on the +12V2 rail. You should have plenty of power for the non-X R9 270.

The 550W Rhino RX-550PA is sufficient to run your specs with a R9 270 , BUT IT'S NOT A VERY GOOD POWER SUIPPLY.

Can't be predicted , it will run those specs , but upgrade as soon as possible to protect your other components.

The motherboard doesn't support the FX6300 or the FX8320 or 8350.

Here is what it supports:

AMD FX-8300 3300MHz 1MBx8 8MB Vishera 32nm C0 95W 5200 F5a
AMD FX-8140 3200MHz 1MBx8 8MB Bulldozer 32nm B2 95W 5200 F5a
