iTunes help! (Need: Stuff on iPhone > iTunes)

I want to get everything on my phone to be synced to my computer. When I plug my phone in, I am able to sync both so that everything on my iTunes library will be transferred to my phone, however thereby replacing it with its contents. I wish the opposite to happen.

Can anyone help me out?

-iTunes I'm using: 11.1.5.5
-OS Version on iPhone: iOS 7.1

Check the sync settings, because unless you've changed it from the defaults, it should never move everything from iTunes to the iPhone. In fact, you should have to manually move any songs or files from iTunes to the iPhone. The only automatic data in the sync should be iTunes updating its list of downloaded apps with any new apps on the iPhone.
