Brand New Computer Impossibly Slow

First off let me apologize for my utter lack of knowledge when it comes to computers.

I have a brand new built computer and it is really slow.

Here are my specs:

AMD FX-8350 8 core 32GB ram GTX 760 windows 8.1

Set to high performance, turbo boost on

wireless & wired connections tried

All maintenance ran with no issues

Everything is updated

*it's taking 5 mins or more to load anything..... bios start up time is 1.8 uplod/download is 32.8 & 2.43 even though I am only one here, accessing (confirmed by carrier) and have 100 mps speed

Slow to load programs @Erman.

@camiRy84, could you download and run HijackThis and then send us the log file? So we can check if it's the software.

I forgot to metion that you must put the program in the desktop, restart our PC, wait start up and then do not load or close anything to don't miss any program in the log.
Save the log; in this page click on Post an answer and use the Spoiler (next to quote tag) and paste all the content.
