Hello, Could somebody put together a PC Build that could run games like SimCity and Skyrim as well as my budget can go. I would also like to go into overclocking so I want it to have suitable specs for overclocking. Thank you to anybody who answers! :)

Can afford a better GPU on the AMD build because the CPU and motherboard are a bit cheaper.
