To start: Do you think it is worth it to spend and extra 20£ to get the gtx770 from gigabyte? I'm pushing my budget quite a bit. And both have three fans, so, what do you think?

Next up: Do you think that I should get a the CM Hyper 412s and OC the FX-8320? Or just leave it with the stock cooler or get an cheaper aftermarket heatsink?

Ahh, missed the pound symbol in the first post!

CPU cooler is good, but I would recommend Gigabyte over Palit, just because of brand strength. Gigabyte makes solid cards and I'm not too familiar with Palit.
