Overclocking an i5 4670k

I have an intel core i5-4670k and i plan to cool it with a Cooler Master Seidon 120m.So when overclocking whats the maximum that i can get without hurting my ears and without risking to overheat my cpu ?

the same apply to all k versions! doesnt matter if its i5 or i7 since we are talking about z87 mobo (i suppose)!

An i5 and an i7 will generate identical thermal loads at the same clock speed, therefore, cooling charts on an i7 would very closely represent the cooling profiles of a similar quality i5 running at the same speed
