Does this build suit my needs?

When my computer was unable to play AC4, I decided to get a new one, since the old one was pretty old now.

Naturally, everyone told me the cheaper option is to build my own gaming computer rather than buy.

So, I stumbled upon a site with lots of different builds, and picked one I thought looked good enough to fit my needs.

But, I'm a complete amateur, so I'd like a bit of help before investing my money into it.

This is the list of the amazon parts.

The games I'm planning on playing are Assassin's Creed games and The Elder Scrolls games. Does this build suit those games? Are there cheaper gaming computers of similar quality that are pre-made and for sale?

I'm probably going to build my own computer anyways (If I ever want to go into the computer industry later, this'll look great on my CV), I just want to know how much exactly I'd save by building or by buying.

One last thing: I'm probably going to replace the i5 processor in the list with an i7. Just because it shouldn't cost me too much extra and should get me better performance.

(Optional question that doesn't have to be answered: How credible is the site I got the build from, if you've ever seen it? Doesn't need to be answered, but it'd be good to know how reputable my source is.)

Throw a SSD in there to hold the OS, the speed it will give is amazing. I would get a refurbished Corsair water cooler off of Newegg, for about $46.

Yeah a Core i5 4670k and a GTX 770 will play AC and Elder Scrolls games perfectly. I dont see the need to upgrade to an i7 unless you need the extra threads, games don't fully utilize threads yet, only a few do and the fps increases are negligible. Whatever money you spend, spend it on a better GPU or something, but you probably wont need more than a 770 anyway.
