on well i have

and that card .. BOTH 5750s. my vapor x card gets more FPS.
i would like to MAYBE overclock them
for a better FPS. increase. i currently have a 45+ on both of them playing league of legends max graphics.
could i overclock them to make that a stable 60?
if so what would i need to change.
