Ok, so with this build i'll be live streaming editing photo's/videos youtubing and hardcore gaming. so here's the build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3jdjW my max budget is about 700$ looking for tips and suggestions trying to get the most bang for my buck out of the pc. :) (no operating system already have one i can use.)

You are really going to want to try and get the best GPU ...maybe buy the 8320 (still eight cores) instead of 8350 and use your whole $700 dollar budget to get a better GPU :p
 
Like samborambo56 said, use any additional budget to up the GPU... Overclock as you please.
