what size are the wires that go in the the molex header ? i want to heat shrink sleeve eash wire but i dont know the thickness of each wire 3mm 5mm ???

buy the smallest heat shrink that will still fit over the wires and you will be fine. the size difference in your heat shrink won't matter either as after heating they all shrink down to roughly the same size over the wires anyways.
