can my psu fsp saga II 500 Watt handle a zotac GTX 650 TI 1GB GDDR5?

i want ask u guys about can my psu handle that gpu card?i think the other system like my cpu,ram,etc is not a problem.i just ask my psu for that card.
any suggest?

With 2 - 18 AMP 12v rails your power supply is sufficient to run a Zotac GTX 650 TI 1GB.

ya i read in my psu, under +12v is 18A.so its safe to run that card?
