You need a new graphics card.

Graphics card is poo, you could get a 750ti for medium gaming at 1080p. Or 760 for high, or 770 for ultra.

Keep your current pc and just buy a better graphics card, like the gtx 770, the one you mentioned is kinda meh.
Also you'll need say a 600w psu.(i know some people would call 600 a lot for 770)

Before anything, check if your mobo has a pcie expansion slot, i didnt see one in newegg's presentation.
