i am about to upgrade my pc .
since i m tight on budget i cant afford board suggested by many on this site i.e.
m5a99x evo .
Can anybody give me a good option or will this one will work for me ?
also in future if i want to overclock (a little) is this borad capable for it ?

this board is max for my budget ..!!

It'll work on that mobo, but you can't overclock. Just save up, enough to get an 8+ 2 power phase mobo, and you then can overclock. Ti'll then you'll be good on stock speeds, it's a good CPU.
