H100i or Custom Watercooling Kit?

Should I get a cheap custom watercooling kit such as the XSPC Raystorm 750 or should I just buy a closed loop such as a H100i? I will be doing some over clocking on my i5 4670K

Your post doesn't reflect your title lol

The H100i is pretty good for overclocking. A custom loop would be better and quieter, but would also cost hundreds of dollars more. For most overclocking, like around 4.5 or so, the H100i is fine. If you want to eek the last bit of power you can out of the 4670k, you'll want a custom loop.
