how much of an upgrade is this?

I am currently running dual Radeon 5770's in Xfire. My friend is sending me a Asus DirectCU II GTX 570. How much of an upgrade will this be over my current setup? I like the fact that I will be running a single card.

What is the proper way to change over drivers? Do I just run driversweeper in safemode, remove the 5770s, install the 570, and install the nvidia drivers? Anything else to it?

I have a Core I7 920 at stock clocks. Will it be a bottle neck?

There's a comparison. Hopefully those articles can tell you what you want.

Also, to change out the cards, simply remove the drivers in add or remove programs. Power down and swap out the cards. Power back up and install the new drivers. Should have no trouble and no need for any third party programs.
