Budget Gaming PC Help

I recently put together a PC on PCPartPicker (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2pT8v) and I was wondering if anyone had some other things to tell me about it. I have a budget of about $800.

I do not have any parts I need for a PC so this is all from scratch. I do not have the OS but I would preferably want Windows 7. I also do not have a 1080p monitor I want to be gaming on but I think it could wait. Also, I need a keyboard to go with the PC. I currently have a Mac so I do not have any spare keyboards laying around.

I am wanting to play video games on Steam like Rust, TF2, Gary's Mod, Fallout, Arma 2/DayZ with great quality on a 1600x900 monitor with all settings to Ultra or Best. I'm looking to get at least 35-40 frames on all the games. Sometimes, I was thinking of livestreaming but probably not but it would be nice if I could get some input on how well this PC could livestream.

Any input on how I could spend around $800 for the best parts I can get for it would be fantastic! Thanks!

This will get you High/Ultra in everything you listed at high FPS (45+) and gets you that 1080p monitor you want :)
