Hello guys!
I have recently bought a 95w Phenom ii x4 945 and have it on my Asrock N68-GS3 UCC 95w tdp motherboard. I have a decent fan, can I overclock or will the the motherboard fry? XD
Thank you in advance!

I doubt you want to try to take that processor to that extreme on that board. #1, the processor will be hard to even get that high w/o an unlocked multiplier. (I'm assuming that is not a Black Edition. I don't remember AMD making the 945 in a BE.) #2, the VRs on the board are not even heat sync'd. You would be taking a chance frying the MB with the voltage increase to reach that clock.
