ok, I have tried recording with all software but my minecraft gets 20-30fps , I have a ssd what give 300 write speed , and get like 700 fps before recording. I have tried to record a desktop region like my whole screen and that is fine but when i record the game it my fps just drops. This doesn't happen on other games.

Specs:

16GB ram
1 500gb hdd
1 1tb hhd
1 500gb ssd

GTX560 Lightening
AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processer

well you don't get 700fps before recording because my OC 770 only gets around 100-200fps so that's bs... as for the fps drop, is vsync turned on, and how much ram are you pumping into minecraft, go to edit profile and under the ram usage type Xmx2048M this will pump 2 gigs of ram which which is plenty for vanilla.

what does the fps say on f3, how much ram are you putting into it? it says under edit profile and something like ram usage or something, set it to Xmx2048 (min) or since you have 16 gigs Xmx4096M.
