GPU Usage keeps spiking after new GPU fan?!

Hi guys, so I've recently installed the Arctic Mono Plus onto my 7870 2GB Tahiti LE, temperatures have dropped but after installing MSI Afterburner to check out other things I found that my GPU usage keeps spiking to 100 and dropping again when doing basic things like using Firefox.

Is this normal?

I've included a picture too!

Yes it is normal. This happens when the GPU needs to use its 3D rendering capability's. All GPU's fluctuate like this but when running the MSI afterburner graph it will do it more because teh graph causes it to spike more often. Happens with all of my GPU's I've had since they started the Low frequency states in cards.
