Building my first budget PC NEED HELP!

So im building my first gaming PC on a budget but I really need help on what parts to get. As of right now I only have my graphics card which I will upgrade at a later date so its not necessary at the moment. My budget is 400-600$ even and that MUST include windows 8.1. Also I'd really like the parts to be AMD as they are cheaper and I'm more familiar with them. Upgradability for the future is a must as well. Please if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! I have a few questions about the second build though, can I replace the storage with Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive ? and the power supply you listed isn't available.
