Will this fan controller work for me?

Most modern motherboards are capable of monitoring all the temperatures accurately, sticking the thermostats to the components is a pain and they often fall off, and are not nearly as accurate. I have one on this system specs in my sig, and it's not great to work with. Tons of little wires all around in my case now.
There's no restrictions on the fans that I am aware of. They do recommend a free USB port on the motherboard (internal) and require a 4 pin Power source from the PSU.
