I'm coming to whit's end with this build, I knew the task of building a computer from 'scratch' would be hard but never did I think it would be so tedious as to how the balance of it working or not rests on unseated ram or just a wire not fully plugged in.

Well, before you ask, yes, I am a tech noob, so if you could go slow I'd appreciate it.

I have tried everything with my RAM, Graphics Card and wiring. (Please do still suggest things)
I have also rest the battery for CMOS.
My mobo is FM2-A75MA-E25. (My manual has no information on beep code (as to my knowledge)
Sadly, I do not have all the specs to my PC build, sorry.
My CPU pins were bent, I straightened them all.
Computer starts up fine, this is followed with 2 short and immediate beeps coming for the machine. Are these the beep codes telling me there is something wrong or just my system playing R2-D2?
Whatever the reason I am sick of it and just want to get the full satisfaction of the computer functioning. Please help!

From the beep code, it sounds like a memory problem. Assuming you have a dual channel kit, try one DIMM, if that doesn't work, try the other by itself.

I just had a new kit sent to me that had one bad DIMM, it wouldn't POST with it, but would POST with the good one by itself. Now I'm waiting on my RMA. Thankfully I still have my 2X4GB Kingston kit to fall back on.

Thanks for help, haven't seen this solution before, do you think you could explain it to me, such as what is DIMM and RMA? Thanks much!

Sorry about the terminology. A DIMM (Dual Inline Memory Module) is the technical name for a stick of RAM. A RMA is Return Merchandise Authorization. So if you have a bad DIMM, you'll have to apply for a RMA from either the retailer where you bought it or the manufacturer themselves. So if you bought a Corsair kit from NewEgg for example, and its within the period specified by the retailer, you can apply for a RMA from NewEgg. If the retailers time limit for exchange has passed, you can apply to Corsair for the RMA since most RAM has a limited lifetime warranty.

So the long and short of it is, try the system with just one stick of RAM (if you have two or more) if that works, then it's likely the stick that you removed is bad. If it doesn't work try putting back the first stick and take out the other.
