Tax return is coming in soon so I thought it was time for me to get a gaming pc. Problem is I don't really know what to look for in performance and such. I was wondering what would be optimal for around $1000 for streaming and recording, MOBA and RPGs like League of Legends or Skyrim with at least 60+ fps. This will not include mouse, monitor or keyboard as i already have those. Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

-CPU cooler for better temps and OC
-Solid motherboard
-Fast RAM, both in latency and clock speed
-SSD for OS and apps + 1TB HDD for everything else
-GTX 770 from ASUS
-nice case
-really good PSU, it is a bit over kill but it is a nice solid build and will allow for SLI. **A 550 watt unit, which wouldn't be overkill, is $10 less, so...**
