Dell XPS DVD Drive and Wifi Card transfer to built PC

I am trying to make a new computer and I have sort of reached my allotment for the price. Is it possible to move the XPS 8500 wifi card and DVD Drive to New PC. I am using Windows 8.1 for it by the way.

Yes for the DVD drive.

Maybe for the wifi card IF you can find the proper drivers.

Two ways. One from the manufacturer's website and the other from Windows. Windows may install the correct driver. Try it.
