you probably want something like this
locked i5 + Radeon 270X

That's a nice build the only thing I would change would be the HDD, the WD blue is for casual use, I would get a WD black, this performs better and is more optimised for longer use and more intensive things, a much better high spec option. also If you have the money I would also get a SSD like an 840EVO, even a small size one, mainly for the OS just for a fast boot etc but not a necessity.

this will play those games better. the 260x is weak sauce, the 270x /hd 7870 is minimum IMO

Did you mean GPU, the 4670k is a great CPU.
