Which Cpu is better?

The intel core 2 is originally 240 but its dropped to 165 on amazon. Which should i go with?

The i5.
But keep in mind that those do not fit onto the same motherboard.

The i5 by like a mile and a half. The Core2 is really old. The i5 came out mid last year. The newer it is the longer it will be support. Besides the performace of the i5 is MUCH better then the Core2.
