$1500-1800 Gaming Build

Approximate purchase date: within the next two weeks.

Budget: $1,500-1,800.

System usage: Gaming, web browsing, word processing for school/work.

Monitor: I'll need a monitor; preferably 1080p or higher.

OS: Already have a copy of Windows 8.1

Preferred website: Amazon, because I have Prime. However, I'll buy from other sites if they have better parts/deals.

Location: Southern US. I only have access to Best Buy, and it's a bit of drive.

Overclocking: Yes.

SLI/Crossfire: Maybe later, but not right now.

This is my first build. I'd like a case that is ostentatious with a window. If all the parts match in their color, it would be even better. I also need recommendations for a mouse and mechanical keyboard.

I don't have much of an idea when it comes to picking out the parts, so I don't have a build in mind yet.
