Hello I am finally able to upgrade to GTX 770 from Sapphire 6870 1GB. I am currently running an ANTEC 550W PSU and am wondering if this will run the new 770? I have a basic gaming setup: AMD FX 4170 | ASROCK 990FX Extreme 3 | AMD 6870 1GB | 8GB RAM |

Any and all input is greatly appreciated as I am fairly new to the PC world and am soaking it all up.

Solution
System load is going to be around 400watts and I am guessing you have the Antec basic 550 which is continuous 550watts, Antecs always rates continuous.

Ok that's awesome. In your opinion would I be better off changing it to a Seasonic 620w Bronze? I guess I just want to make sure that nothing is damaged and running at full potential. I have read that the GPU requirements from the Manufacturers is basically a "safe" and overly compensated number but I am also not sure if my PSU is continuous 550w. If it is only 500w continuous would this be satisfactory for the 770? Thanks in advance
