I completed my first build(http://pcpartpicker.com/b/M1y) a month or two ago and at first I had trouble getting "normal" temps(idle 40-50C, load 70-95C), but after a few reinstallations of the H100i cooler and Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste, my build was running stable(idle 26-30C, load 55-65C).

For a month or so, my build ran with normal temps, but recently they have reverted to the higher temps and I have not been able to get them back. I have reapplied the thermal paste using different amounts and methods (line/rice method, small amount, pea method, small amount, etc.)
When playing CS:GO on max settings, for the first 5 minutes my average temps are about 65-73C and after 5 minutes the average temps are 77-88C.

I can only run prime95 for about 10-15 seconds before the temps reach 100C. Guys, I'm out of ideas, I made sure that my H100i is pumping normally under load (2300+ RPM) and my 240mm radiator fans are spinning normally under load (2000+ RPM).

Any suggestions? I bought the H100i off of Amazon and I am now outside of the 30 day return window.

You could have a even bigger problem, it seems like to me its your cpu :( that is faulty. Take out take toe h100i for a second and used the stock cooler, if the temps don't stay a constant temp then its the H100i if not its the CPU, anything over 80C is bad for the CPU. Good-luck bro! And don't worry intel is good on their warranties.
