Is this a good gaming build that will last a long time?

Solution
That's a very good build that will run all those games smoothly (even Goat Simulator omfg). It will last a long time, but its recommendable to upgrade it every 3 to 4 years.

I hope so, you've chosen the most powerful I5 and the best GPU in the world. If it can't play those games then there's something wrong! I presume you are talking single 1080 monitor. Even 3 monitor should be no issue.

PS. you really want to exceed 60fps as most monitors are 60fps which you generally sync to. Below that, you may see screen tearing.

Made a few changes. Didn't include an SSD.

Sidenote: I would buy that CPU cooler soon as it's usually $100.

That's not how vsync works, unless you have it set to adaptive.

Generally it's better to put vsync at 60hz and cap the framerate at 50, to get rid of mouselag for virtually no downside.
