Hello all, I am a gamer who is looking to build a pc that will run most any game on high quality(high frames) but most of all be able to support a tri, or triple(3 screens/monitors) screen out put, on top of that be able to use obs or open broadcast software to record(recording them at 1080p without lag) my games while playing them. Games I play League of Legends, Call Of Duty, SkyRim, Fry Cry 3 and a lot more similar to that. If anybody would be able to help me out that would be GREAT!
Thanks So Much For Your Help
Note $800-900 MAX ill spend

Just as Nuclear said, there's no way you'll be playing on three monitors at 1080p on high settings while recording at decent FPS at this budget. This build is within your within your budget and includes one 1080p monitor.

This could be improved, but seeing as how it's 3AM for me and I did this in ten minutes that's to be expected. I hope this helps.

Btw when I said 800-900 I meant that without cd drive and monitor. What about a double monitor not saying that I would play a game on both just saying a game on one monitor and obs(recording software) and maybe Skype on the other. While running games and recording software at high quality for around 800-900, if this is still not possible let me know a build that would support a double screen no matter the cost. thanks so much for your time and get some sleep Lol. And btw what do you know about colored fans?

A tad overbudget, but you get a quality GPU and PSU for a bit more. 2gb VRAM will suffice if you only want to game on one of the two monitors. As for LED fans, it really depends on how much you pay for them. Decent 120mm fans start around $7/8 (ex. Cooler Master SickleFlow 120s) and can go up to $20 for the high-end models.
