DH67BL 4 Rams not working

Hi I have intel DH67BL mother & 4 corsair xms3 4gb rams 1600 mhz but when i plug all 4 rams pc doesnot starts but 2 rams in first 2 slots works good, ihave shuffled all the rams and checked but 4 rams together are not working what should i do in that case
