What to look for when looking for PSU for my 2x 7870 XTs?

I have done the Power Supply Calculator and it shows around 650W, so I'm sure 750W will be enough.

Apart from 750W+, what else should I be looking for?

I keep hearing about rails or something.

Hi - The calculators are OK as a general idea, but almost all of them build in a lot of xtra headroom.
Can't blame them as there are a lot of PSU's out there that can't/don't deliver their rated power specs. Yes,
they outright lie about their performance.

However, a good quality modern design 650w PSU is more than enough for your system. A 750 will do no harm
except to your wallet, but is unnecessary for your build.
Yes, you need to pay particular attention to the +12v rail(s) available amps as the most power hungry components

its mostly the 12v rail you need to look for how many amps it have then there are the 3.3v and 5v rail you need to know the amps are enough.

Also when looking for a psu you need to pick a good brand because the psu is the key component in your system you should not get some cheap unbranded one better get a little more wattage then you need, normaly its recommended to have about 100w more then your system needs for the headroom.

you can check this list for good brands http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
So its worth spending on the psu you dont need some really expensive platinum but a good 80+ bronze one from a trusted brand is ok

such as the CPU & GPU(s) draw their current from the +12v rail(s).

If you post your PSU budget & location we could offer some suggestions. Or stick with known to be good
brands such as Seasonic, XFX, Antec, most (but not all) Corsair's, many Silverstone, Enermax, Rosewill Capstone, Tachyion, Fortress series, and some others.

A good rule of thumb, if it seems too good to be true, it is.
