Which monitors, CCFL or LED is least likely to cause headaches and/or eyestrain?
A non-reflective matte screen also helps to reduce glare.
thank you all,
Jennifer

I found out the newer led are a lot better for the eyes. there sharper and they dont have the flicker the older crt used to have. if your near a pc store like micro center or a best buy walk in look at the screens. find one that you like how it looks to your eyes. some screens people like darker blacks some people like matte screens.

Hi
CCFL tubes are driven by AC whilst LEDs are DC.
So in some cases CCFL can flicker at 50/60 Hz this could give sensitive people problems while LED being DC do not flicker at all.
Also the higher the resolution the better as less eye strain with sharper text and images.
