Is a 600 watt power supply enough for this Graphics card?

So I will buy the sapphire R9-270x. Is the cougar SL 600 watt power supply enough to do the job?
Other components:
i5 650
Intel DH55PJ
4 GB Ram

Technically 600W is enough.

However I would not trust that PSU. I know nothing about it, which is half the problem. :) 

But as said, it has enough amperage and wattage. 22A on 2 different 12v rails = 528Watt. More than enough.

From the limited reading I found on the Cougar SL series, they are not good PSUs. If you are looking for a good quality PSU grab one of these:

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($65.81 @ Amazon)

I think it time to retire the old XFX 550w Bronze and move to the TS series. Its the same price but it's more modern and haswell certified.
