I would buy these parts from a American store like Newegg or Amazon and get them shipped to your country, these part are 944$ USD 56,623.18 INR. If i was in India i would pay 5,991.87 INR more dollars to get everything shipped over there, if you don't wanna go over budget drop the SSD its not really needed.

Here are some options I put together for someone using flipkart and snapdeal which ended up at around 78k INR. There are probably some items that could be trimmed down to fit your budget. Depending on shipping and taxes some parts may be cheaper to ship from other countries, some will be cheaper to buy there (not sure, might be cheaper to get everything in India).

Edit: Nevermind, looks like all the links are broken :( so i removed them

FX-8320: 9850 RS

Cooler master Hyper 212X CPU Cooler (212 was sold out only 212x found): 2912 RS

Asus M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard: 7295 RS

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB): 7200 RS

WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Internal Hard Drive (couldn't find a 750 gb, WD blue is good): 4000 RS

R9 280x (lots of choices, i recommend the Asus then MSI then Sapphire Vapor): 26580, 27539, 25275 RS

PC Cabinet (look through selection and pick one you like, this is an example- make sure it is ATX size): 4200 RS

Power Supply: 4k, 4.9k, 5.9k RS

Optical Drive: 1057 RS

Windows 8 (OEM- Remember, OEM version will be linked to your motherboard): 10k RS

Best build for gaming under 60,000

CPU: INR 7,047
http://www.junglee.com/AMD-6-Core-Edition-FX-6300-Processor/dp/B009O7YORK

MOBO: INR 11,695
http://www.junglee.com/ASUS-M5A99FX-Pro-R2-0-Motherboard/dp/B008B6ONXK

RAM: INR 5,676
http://www.junglee.com/Kingston-Technology-Modules-KHX1600C9D3K2-8GX/dp/B0037TO5C0

GPU: INR 19,412
http://www.junglee.com/XFX-RADEON-1000MHz-Graphics-R9-280X-TDFD/dp/B00FSC5N66

PSU: INR 6,406

CASE: INR 4,225

Don't get the 8320 as it is a 125TDP cpu which produces a lot of heat and doesn't overclock as good as the fx6300 which is a 95TDP cpu and overclocks like hell and can be compared to an i5 when oc'ed.
It is a bang for a buck cpu also, check top 10 cpu list on google also.

Also GTX770 comes with a 2GB version while R9 280x comes with 3 at the lower price and same performance.
Also if you plan to Crossfire it in future , the MOBO listed has the 2x PCI-e 16x slots and other boards cheaper that it doesn't have it and ASUS is the most preferred brand when AMD's FX series comes to pair with, don't go with other brands.

Buy a cooler master Hyper 212evo cooler to overclock the fx6300, fx8320 will get high temps at the same level of clocks with fx-6300, so it will result in higher temps.

I made this as my new built too, you won't get a better built for that price.

Don't know whether you need a display or not? If you need then you can buy BenQ RL2455HM because the build will cost you about INR 56,000 with the Hyper 212evo.

I think i made myself pretty clear and helped you.
