English is not my native language soo i apologize cuz of gramer.Thank's...(Befor that i was cleaning dust that has fallen on case, not in case but out soo i dont know if it coud come to static charge if i even didnt opet the case)

What is the wattage on your Power Supply?

Did it shut down unexpectedly or did you power off normal?
If it shutdown unintentionally then what exactly were you doing when it happened?

As to your boot issue, you may want to consider either not OC'ing either the CPU or GPU.. or getting a more powerfull PSU. acording to a calculator with just the normal setup with a high end graphics card (not OC'd) with your CPU OC'd your at about 611watts..

the Power supply might be rated at that but under a load or after long use, it may Dip, which would cause your computer not to boot and the Bios to reset your OC because it didn't meet voltage..

Nah mate,Power supply is good for my build,i know that becouse i checked whit a lot of pepole before getting it,and it is almost new.If Power supply was problem it woud aprear a lot more then just 1 time.Playing games like BF4,or Crysis 3 woud show that and i didnt have any problems playing those games high settings.

Well, if it only happened once and you re-OC'd it, and its been running fine since. Then i would say don't over think it, you did the right thing to make sure everything was connected. If the build is fairly new then just keep an eye on Temps and Volts.

Have you restarted/shutdown since this happened?

Yes i did and it work's perfect.Maybe it was some minor glitch,if it happens next time i'l probably take it to service.I did check Power supply calculator and my build doesnt even use 600w soo it's not about power.Temps are good,my Msi GTX 760 2gb/OC is at 60-65 c while playing games and stuff like that and in combuster 73c...it's clocked 1280 Mhz and Cpu is at 4,2 and in Aida64 doesnt pass 60-62C...Soo Temps are good also.Maybe it was some minor glitch, who knows. :) Thanks for helping.
