Need help on these graphics cards!!!

Does these two graphic cards come with OC option or already overclocked..! I'm confused, anybody check the spec in these links and say..!

The r9 270x is overall much faster than the 270 and also at a higher core clock.

Thank you both, I need info that they sell the product (in that link) with overclocked version or the stock version? There are technical details in that link of you scroll down.. As I'm not much aware of overclocking, do they come at the core clock speed?

They are both overclocked from the factory. However, you will probably be able to overclock them even further if you are lucky enough to get a stable card.

Upto my need and research, those cards will play the games I needed in smooth manner.. The stock mode will be little bit cheaper na, so...

If you want cheap, this is the cheapest r9 270x I found online for India. r9 270x>r9 270.
