Which set of RAM will be better on behalf of all the tech spec and WHY??

Solution
I would always prefer G-Skill for it's top quality RAM, top specifications, top performance, top design, top service, top support at better price than any other manufacturer. Corsair prices are bit higher than G-Skill.

Timings of 2nd RAM stick, Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M2A2133C11R) are 11, i would at least stick to max of C9. Here is another if you want to take a look:
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9R): http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vengeance-ddr3-8-gb-2-x-4-gb-pc-ram-cmz8gx3m2a1866c9r/p/itmdgc3gsqqgjhvq?pid=RAMDGC3GD5WHZFRW&srno=b_25&ref=92420cb1-7614-4e37-b722-ca8cee002b46

Or for best would be this;
Gskill SNIPER F3-17000CL9D-8GBSR: http://www.primeabgb.com/gskill-8gb-sniper-ram-f3-17000cl9d-8gbsr.html
