Hi friends,
my laptop is Acer TravelMate 5744z, it has Atheros AR5B125 wireless network adaptor, it was worked fine till yesterday, it was stopped working when i messed up with device manager and uninstalled it along with it's drivers.
After that i have tried updating and installing driver with with my driver cd and other atheros drivers downloaded from internet but there was no luck.
Someone please help me solving this problem.

OK, so you say you uninstalled it from Device Manager. Were you able to reinstall it in Device Manager, & if so does it look OK or does it have the yellow caution symbol (triangle with "!")?

If it's still not in Device Manager, you'll have to reinstall the device in Windows as if you just pulled it from the packaging. If it's not automatically detecting it, try the "Add New Hardware" wizard.

Barring that, you could also try using System Restore to go back before the "incident".

i have successfully reinstalled it again with my driver disc and it is now showing under device manager(no triangle).
i am unlucky that there is no system restore point available before this incident

OK, so were you able to connect to the Wi-Fi connection yet?

If not, go to the Network and Sharing Center, and click on Connect to a Network. If the wireless adapter sees your Wi-Fi connection, it should show up there. Type in your Wi-Fi password, & you should be good to go.

i tried by going Control Panel\Network and Internet\Manage Wireless Networks > Add > Manually create a network profile it's showing an unexpected error occured.
Windows network diagnosis shows there might be a problem with the driver for wireless network connection adapter.
