I want to install ( ATI Radeon HD 4550 1GB 2.0 BUS . Not detected , even AMDS supporter auto detecter didnt detect , but the fan is spinning so please any idea about how to install it?

My Motherboard :ASUS P5LVM-1394
Current Graphics : Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS PCI Express
OS : Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core 6320 Duo
PSU: 350 watt

Solution
Hi, try to take out the CMOS battery for 15 minutes, then put it back, start the PC, see if you can get the display !

Else try the AMD's GPU on a different system(friends/family/work), just to make sure its working.

take a look at this and at the buttom do they mean that i have to reinstall my whole OS ?

[strike]This article provides instructions on how to install AMD's Catalyst™ Software Suite (Catalyst Driver) for AMD Radeon™ graphics products on a Microsoft Windows® based system.

The following examples are reasons to consider installing (or reinstalling) a graphics driver:
To perform a clean install of the AMD Catalyst Driver to resolve display issues, performance issues, or error messages that may be related to missing/corrupt files associated with the software (e.g. 'MOM.Implementation', 'no compatible hardware found', or 'display driver is not compatible.')
A graphics card hardware upgrade requires a later version of the AMD Catalyst Driver to ensure compatibility and proper functionality.
A later version of the AMD Catalyst Driver is required to take advantage of new features or updates.[/strike]
The AMD Catalyst Driver is required on a new system build with a clean install of the operating system.

That's what it says, but your windows is definately not the issue.
The graphics card drivers don't even kick in until windows starts, and you can't even see the display.
